All Maintenance, Inc. is an outcome of the experiences had by owner and founder, Robert Calderon. It’s the success of tried and true methods through sweat equity and experience. If you ask Robert where All Maintenance gets its experience, he attributes it to his adolescent years during which many springs and summers were spent working with his father, Roberto Saenz of Saenz Gardening Services of Sacramento, instead of fishing or riding bikes like many of his peers. He’ll admit that the alternative sounded better at the time, but Robert feels the experience he got from working with his father has benefit All Maintenance, his family and his clients more. Now, a father and company owner of his own, Robert strives to instill that same work ethic in both his employees and children.
